Timothy said the body work was good, but the customer service was horrible. The customer service representative forgot to send the grill for the front of his vehicle. He said he just now received it, but the vehicle was at the business in November. He was not satisfied with the way he was treated by the personnel because he wanted the parts of the bumper to stay intact and they were unable to keep the pieces intact, but he chose not to elaborate further. He would not recommend this business to others based on this experience.
