Michael said they had friendly service at the front desk. They got the work done in a timely manner. He was adequately informed during the repair process but did mentioned there wereno calls or updates during the repair process. He said he was a little upset when he found all the stuff on the passenger seat that was supposed to be in the glove box also, the hand sanitizer was missing.
