Spoke with James. He said he rated his overall experience with them a 2. There is a strong smell of paint cleaner on the inside of the vehicle. There must have been some overspray on the inside of the vehicle and they used a strong cleaner. He has left 2 phone messages but no one has returned his calls. This is upsetting to him. They also took off the decals from the dash. There were 2 decals, a blue one and a red one for the heater. The plastic switchplates were melted. Whatever chemical they used was so potent it appears to have melted them. The vehicle wasn't ready when promised. It was a week late. They said it was either in a paint shop, or it was having an inspection. James had to pay $500 more for his rental because of the delay. He wasn't kept adequately informed during the repair process. He had to initiate the phone calls to find out what was going on. They didn't call him until the end to let him know his vehicle was ready. He had to initiate the calls for any communication. When he was picking up his vehicle the light was on showing a tire was low. That delayed his vehicle 1 more day. He just called them again and still hasn't received a return phone call. James wouldn't recommend them to others for all of the reasons mentioned.
