Naurang said he didn't rate his overall experience with this business higher because even though they never promised him a time when he would get his vehicle back, they had it for 10 days which was too long. He was never given a reason for the work taking 10 days. He wasn't kept adequately informed during the repair process. He chose not to elaborate. He pointed out the work this business did was excellent, but he won't recommend this business to others because they had his vehicle for too long.
