Sergio gave a rating of 2 for his overall experience because the business did not communicate with him. He was told it would take 2 weeks to do the repair. It ended up being 2 and a half months. The business never called him to let him know there would be a delay. He finally called several times to find out what was going on. The reason for the delay was more damage found on the vehicle. The original estimate was $5,000, but the final price was $11,000. The quality of the work was not checked before giving the vehicle back. When he went to pick up the vehicle the radio was not working and a door would not open. The vehicle was sent to the service department to repair the radio. They tried to charge him for providing a code so the radio would work. Sergio said after some discussion it was decided not to charge him for the code. Sergio answered yes to being satisfied with the repair because the vehicle was finally fixed to his complete satisfaction. Sergio will not recommend this business because of the complete lack of communication and for making him wait 3 hours on the day of pick up because the door and radio had to be repaired properly.
