Courtney said her vehicle was ready 1 week past the time it was promised, due to a parts delay, but no one called to inform her of that. She was not kept adequately informed during the repair process, because she was the one who had to call every 3 days to follow up on the status of her vehicle, which is the reason why she rated her overall experience a 4. She was not satisfied with the communication between her and her estimator for the same reasons mentioned.
