Spoke with Jeff's wife. She said her overall experience with them could've been better. The experience wasn't up to par with what she's used to with them. It wasn't the same. She had a hard time putting her finger on it. They weren't as polite as they used to be. Her vehicle wasn't as clean as it usually is when she gets it back from them. She didn't have many phone calls, it was adequate, but not like usually. She's had 3 previous experiences with them, which were what she would expect by a business with their experience. This time was not the same. Due to this experience she would not recommend them to others.
