Raymond said he was not satisfied with the quality of the repair. He had to bring the vehicle in 3 times to fix the original problem. He originally brought the vehicle in for repairs in July and the repairs were amateur at best. He chose not to elaborate further. He was not kept adequately informed during the repair process because he had to keep following up with the business. He was not satisfied with the way he was treated because it took them a month and a half to get the vehicle fixed, then there was another two months of problems, and a whole lot of issues. He would not recommend this business because of this experience.
