Benjamin said he had a problem with the customer service. The vehicle is pulling to the right at high speeds and he has returned to this business twice, but the problem is not resolved. He has requested a test drive, but the business refused. He said this business is not listening to him. He is not happy because the problem with his vehicle is a safety issue. He said there was a key cover that does not have all its pieces. The vehicle was 4 days late because of issues with the insurance company. This business never called him to inform him about the delay and they did not keep him updated about the status of his vehicle.
