Spoke with Mary. She said this business had the vehicle for a little over two months. There were $1,600 worth of out-of-pocket costs that do not seem to make sense. This business repaired some things that were not part of the accident. There is a seat that seems to be loose and it does not feel secure. She said she does not know if they set a due date and she does not know why the repair took so long. Her husband called every day and this business would put him off or say they would call back but no one would return the call. She would not recommend this business based on this experience.
