Spoke with Vijay. He said he was initially given a three day promise of time. He was contacted and told his bumper had to be ordered from Germany. He went to get his vehicle and told this business to call him when the part came in. He was contacted a week later and told the part was there. When he got there he was told they did not have the part yet. He asked for his keys and told them he would not be returning. He went into the sales department and spoke with Mike Walker who quickly apologized and took care of getting his vehicle repaired. He was given a loaner that day and got his vehicle back the next day. He would like to thank both Mike Walker and Marty for great customer service.
