Xiangyang said the facility was not very responsive. He had to call them about the status of the vehicle more than once and at times they did not answer the phones. The vehicle was ready 3 or 4 days later than promised because the new bumper had some issues and they had to reorder it. He called them 4 or 5 times about the process, so he was not satisfied with the communication or the way he was treated. He would not recommend this facility because he expected more out of a BMW facility.
