Shafiqul said he rated his overall experience a 3, because he did not receive any follow up calls after he dropped off his vehicle for a week. The business could serve him better by providing a promised time frame and updated information during the repair service. He called once to find out the updated information. He wasn't given a promised time. However he guessed and determined on his own, the repair service would take about a week's time. He wasn't completely satisfied with the shop's communication, because of the reasons above. He also noticed before he dropped off his vehicle, his gas tank had a half tank of gas. When he picked up his vehicle, he noticed there was only a quarter tank of gas. He did not speak with a representative regarding his concern over the gasoline issue. He would not recommend the business, because he wasn't sure whether or not the business used his vehicle for personal use. He isn't sure whether or not he can trust they will not use his vehicle for personal use. He knows they performed an alignment, however he isn't sure what they could be doing to use a quarter tank of gasoline.
