Spoke with Loraine. She said Ritchie, the person she dealt with, was very accommodating. He had someone take her home while her vehicle was at the facility. The repair took 2 extra days because a gentleman from another location had to replace a plastic piece on the front of the vehicle. The first piece broke and because of the snow, there was a delay in getting the second piece.
