Maria said the first time she brought her vehicle in, it was at this business for about 8 weeks. She brought it back in to have more work done and it was at this business for another 2 weeks. Her vehicle wasn't repaired correctly. There was an oil leak and a cigarette burn on her back seat that was not there before. There was some glue on the spoiler. They did not tell her when the vehicle would be ready, but she does not know why it took so long. She had to call to receive updates. The work cost more than initially estimated. She was not happy with the way she was treated because the personnel were not knowledgeable and they did not call her to keep her updated. She wouldn't recommend this business to others based on this experience. They mixed her records up with her mother's in the beginning.
