Spoke with Lola. She said the business originally told her the vehicle would be completed in one week and it ended up taking about three weeks. They told her every week that it was going to be completed the following week. Also, during the last 2 weeks of the repair the business stopped staying in touch with her. She ended up having to contact them the remaining 2 weeks of the repairs. Her vehicle was 2 weeks late and the business said it was because her vehicle was stuck in the paint and reassembling departments. The business also told her it was a very unusual time for them in those departments. She was completely satisfied with the quality of all the repair work performed on her vehicle.
