Eric said some paint defects were found. The clear coat paint was running along with some paint runs so he needed to go back to buff them out. Overall, he doesn't have a good feeling about this business. It was done a day earlier and if he would have known, it would have been nice to notify him so he can make arrangements. There was no coordination involved. He received no updates along with no coordination regarding as to whether he was kept updated. Some scratches were needed to be buffed out. A body panel needed to be painted while another one required buffing. The buffing wasn't done at the time. There was a break down with both the internal and external communication. He wouldn't recommend this business because he's not satisfied at all, the communication along with the poor quality with the paint work. When he dropped off his vehicle, it was clean but when he picked it up it was dirty.
