Elizabeth said her most recent visit to this business was the fourth time she had to bring her vehicle back to them in regards to repairs they did in June. She explained the first time she brought her vehicle back to this business was because there were scratches on her leather seat, and there was dust from the paint in her vehicle's interior. She had to bring her vehicle back for her most recent repairs because the body work on the right side of her vehicle from the work they did in June was cracking. The person who helped her with everything asked her how the side cracked, and she told him she had no idea. She said how was she supposed to know how it cracked. When she got her vehicle back there was dust from the paint in the interior again. She's not returning to this business to have them clean out the dust because they're far away, and she's afraid they might cause another issue, like her scratched leather seat. No one called her with vehicle updates. They never called her regarding the initial repairs in June when they had her vehicle for 2 weeks. She pointed out she had to initiate all phone cantact. They gave her a rental vehicle on her most recent visit to them, and they took care of an inspection for her. She won't recommend this business because of the above issues.
