Maria said her vehicle sat for six to seven days before any work was started. They told her they were waiting for the paperwork from her insurance company. She was only approved for a five day rental vehicle and had to keep calling the business to receive updates. Once the repairs began, she received no calls from the business and could never get anyone on the phone but the receptionist. The day her vehicle was ready she and another customer stood outside the business for 20 minutes after the supposed opening time. No one apologized for opening late, nor did they try to explain. She had to return to the business minutes after picking the vehicle up because the tire sensor light came on. Due to this experience, she will not recommend the business.
