Kevin said he was not kept informed during the repairs and at one point he spent two and a half hours trying to get in touch with someone for information on his vehicle. He said the woman who answers the phone is rude. He said Jay is very condescending and he kept asking him what his expectations were. He will not recommend this business for the above reasons.
