Salvatore said he did not receive the level of service he is used to. He was not satisfied with their attitude about paying for the work up front without even seeing the vehicle first. He was somewhat satisfied with the staff because it was like going to a fast food restaurant. He was not satisfied with the communication because of the reasons mentioned. He would not recommend this business to others because of this experience. He would not go back to them.
