Steven said he was overall disappointed with the business and is no longer going to be a repeat customer due to the quality of the repairs. They did not take a comprehensive approach on the vehicle. They had fixed the body repairs but did not fix any of the needed mechanical repairs. When the business called him to pick up his vehicle it was not ready. He did not specify the length of the delay or the reason for it. The updates were fine but the information was off. The estimator was off on two occasions. He chose not to elaborate further. The staff was friendly. He was not satisfied with the communication for the reasons mentioned. He would not recommend them for the reasons mentioned.
