Cindy said she they did not communicate well. Her vehicle was ready about 3 days later than promised because there were some secondary issues, but she chose not to elaborate further. She was not kept adequately informed, no one got in contact with her or called her. She was not happy with the communication because they did not call her and they didnpy with her overall
