Lack of communicatios great service in a timely manner
i had been texted and communicated by phone at least 5 times about getting the car serviced. when I got tto the service garage the gentelman told me that I could wait for another thousand miles or so and get the service done then???? why was that not communicated tome up front. i felt like a dope and told them tto go ahead and do the service since i had driven 30 miles to get it done. you need to fix the communication.
