Appointment day for servicing my car.
Everyone I have dealt with is always helpful and friendly each time I have called or came in for servicing, The one area I have also encountered almost every time I have come in is very slow check in. There were no cars in front of me and yet I sat there for almost 10 minutes until the check in process was started. I did have an appointment. Other than that everything else has been great. The staff is most gracious about shuttling back and forth to the outlet stores.
