I have purchased many cars from the Carlsbad dealership and have always been very happy. My last purchase of my 2017 was pleasant however when doing the paperwork the salesman let me know the next time I buy a car bring a check it was a pain to use my debit card ! Now I wanted to trade my ionic for a new electric kona and spoke with a salesman and manager. I was told they will appraise my car and email or call me with numbers. I have not received anything. I called today to ask about what had happened to my email info. After numerous minutes explaining everything three times a salesman said he would have the manager call me back ! No call no email...I guess business must be really good and don’t need to sell cars ? I useally don’t leave negative feedback but WOW ! Escondido is kinda out of the way but I guess I’ll go there. My time is valuable just like everyone’s is and I’ve wasted a bunch already at the Carlsbad location.
