Wesley said the customer service was good. He said he was happy with the way they executed the work and he liked their follow-up. They kept him updated about everything and he was very pleased. The work took a little longer than expected when they ran into a little wrinkle, but it was fine. They had to straighten out the frame and a typical weak spot on a unibody, so the work took a couple more days. The personnel were excellent. He said he always felt fully informed because they called and he could follow the progress on the website. He said the Allstate adjustor did the estimate and pointed out a lot of things he didn't see. The price ran a little higher due to unforeseen complications, but the insurance paid. Allstate is not his insurance company, but they did well by him. He said he had not used this business before, but he knew they had a good reputation. He would go back. He said he used to work at the airport and Bob Bjorneby's father had a business out by there and had a good reputation as well.
