I wish I would have gotten the name of the gentleman that helped me but I dropped my car off at 7am he was prompt to take my keys and heard all of my concerns with my car. Got just a routine 15k factory checkup and oil change but I was having some issues with my windshield wiper fluid but didn’t know how to explain it. He was kind and didn’t treat me like I was dumb and I really appreciated that. Called me to let me know my car was ready for pick up and they got everything all fixed up and I can use my windshield wiper fluid again. Just really appreciate the work they did. Only took about 2 hours for my oil change/maintenance which was, what I thought, pretty quick considering at 7 am there were 6 other people Waiting to drop their vehicles off also. I didn’t wait at the dealership this time but I have before and it was clean and they offered free coffee. Everyone was very kind and I got some pretty good coupons for future services.
