Hyundai Elantra Purchase
The overall experience was great. The best part of it was the communication, big thanks to Nick Butler, throughout the process. This started with a creative way to piece together test drives on different vehicles to learn about a car that I was interested in but had not yet arrived. There were various other communications that made me feel that I was extremely valued. And, Nick explained all the features in easy-to-understand way during the initial test drives and more comprehensively right after I took ownership. It was great that the car arrived 1 week ahead of time, and the car has been great so far. Thanks to the whole Bob Rohrman team. Everyone was friendly and helpful the whole way through.
