convienent and concientious
They were diligent to sleuth the problem to the point the car's issue could be assessed. It is a work in progress, with the diagnostic helping point the direction if the issue comes back. Not the first time Bob's has helped with this car and I will return again. I appreciate the savings one gets with being able to use the AAA card, especially helpful if a bigger, more pricey repair.
