Patricia said that this business kept contact with her for two weeks, but after that, they did not keep her updated on the status of her vehicle unless she called them. Her vehicle had been there for a total of 4 weeks due to a parts delay but she did not elaborate on the length of the delay. The window was not correctly installed. She would not recommend them for the reasons mentioned.

unfortunely there was parts on back order, customer was contacted but unfortunely just wanted her vehicle which we understand but needed pars to complete repairs.
