Cheryl said the work performed by the business was fine but the amount of time it took to complete the repair was unacceptable. She mentioned her vehicle was 6 to 8 days later than promised and she was not given a reason why. She mentioned the business did not keep her informed through the repair process and the only communication was initiated by her. She would recommend the business with the warning to take the rental vehicle option because she regrets turning it down.
