Richard said the business fixed his vehicle but the finished product was not correct due to the quarter panel being scratched and the mounting of the hood not being aligned correctly. He was not satisfied with the quality of the repair due to the business having to redo the work three separate times. He was not satisfied with treatment due to the person he dealt with telling him after the vehicle going back a second time if that was not good enough. His vehicle was two days late on the initial promise date and two weeks total of two weeks after that with the business not leaving his vehicle out after he came to pick it up. Due to this experience and the lack of concern shown, he would not recommend this business for service. Tom was a nice person.
