Mary said she was pleased with the repair to her vehicle. However, it was a hassle dealing with the rental car. It should have been centralized and more convenient for the customers. She said their was a delay on the completion time due to ordering parts. The delay was also due to the holiday weekend. She does not remember how late it was.
