Paul said the repair of his vehicle took too long and he would have liked to have been kept more in touch with during the repair. He said Bruce did a good job.

This vehicle was brought in for repairs with us on June 23rd, a Thursday. We dispatched this car within 1 hour of it's arrival to a technician. We also called the supplement into the insurance company on the 23rd. We had to wait for the insurance company to come out and approval additional repairs before we could continue on which caused a delay. We also had a delay with some backordered parts from Toyota on this vehicle.
