Tomas said the job wasn't done very well. The color matches, but the texture of the paint doesn't. He stated the feel of the paint is like an orange peel. It took 2 weeks instead of 1 week to finish the vehicle. The door was on back order.

Yes, the customer is correct regarding the orange peel but this vehicle been repaired somewhere else before a couple of times and our paint from the new panel to the repaired panel by another shop is different, i called customer to come in and i will try to watersand the other repair smoother customer was gratful fo me contacting him to do so.
