Marie said she was not satisfied with her overall experience because there was an issue. When they returned the vehicle, there were scratches on the vehicle that were not there before the visit. She told them about the scratches and they removed them. She was not completely satisfied with the way she was treated by the staff. Some of them were fine and some were not. She was not kept informed during the repair process and they only called when the vehicle was done.

The scratch the customer noted was not related to the loss, customer had hail damage, we buffed the scratch as a coutesy for her but it was still a little noticeable. We also had had five calls to customer updating her but left some messages on voice mail, maybe she didn't get those. When our cashier could,nt help her with the scratch and told her she needed to get the writer that's again why she probaly stated about the staff. Thank You
