Irma said she rated them a 3 for her overall experience because they took a long time to fix her vehicle. There was no promised time given. They had her vehicle for 3 weeks because of the parts delay and insurance company.

This vehicle had a decent amount of damage when dropped off. Once taken apart we had some additional damage to be seen by the insurance company. We had to stop repairs until they could come out and approval the additional damage. With the total damage amount the vehicle was within the expected time range to be repaired.
