Claudia said this business did a good job, and that she likes the job they did. They made her vehicle look brand new. She also noted that they treated her very nicely and that they know how to handle people, for she did not have a rental vehicle and she had to intention of leaving her vehicle. They provided good customer service by calling the rental facility. She was able to drop her vehicle off that day and receive a rental on the same day as well. They finished her vehicle in a timely manner, so she found that they knew what they were doing. They called her and told her what they did. They told her that her vehicle would be ready in a week after the appraiser comes in. They had her vehicle ready in a week even though the adjustor was late. Tom, an employee at this business, was a good person who says what he thinks. Tom told her what was going to have and he went by his word. She also noted that Tom is no nonsense and goes straight to the point, and because of this she found him to be a good business person.
