Maddalena said everything at this business went well. The only thing was the employees told her they were going to clean her vehicle. She did not know if that meant both the inside and outside of her vehicle but they had only cleaned the outside. When her vehicle was hit, coffee spilled everywhere and there were still coffee stains inside when she received her vehicle. She just talked to an adjustor affiliated with this facility and not the employees, but she thought she was very nice. The employees told her when her vehicle was done, what happened during service, what they thought needed to be done and what service was provided. She would probably recommend them, but it depends on one's budget. Her insurance company had covered the expenses.
