Myrna said after spending $7000 on the repair of her vehicle, this business then charged her $147 to repair her tire. After spending all that money, she thought they would give her a discount. She was very sad about this. They did a great job on the repair and Kenny was great in communicating. He kept her informed during the whole process. Her vehicle was ready two days early.

Ms. Santanna insurance put a betterment on the tire which was explained to her. She was going to talk to her insurance company to see if they could waive the betterment, the tire was replace not repaires and due to miliage wear the insurance company took a betterment.
