Elise said her overall experience went pretty good. Her vehicle was not ready by the end of the week due to the incorrect headlight part. The windshield wipers fell off, and the vehicle had to be returned twice. Jb was helpful, but the communication was not so great. They could be a lot more proactive about making sure her vehicle could be done the same day. Rather than taking her vehicle back twice to the business.
