Spoke with Samuel. He said he took his vehicle to this business because another business did not repair it right. When his son picked the vehicle up, it was taken to the car wash. As the vehicle was being washed, water went inside. The vehicle was returned. He has picked it up and will take it to the car wash again tomorrow. If water goes in the trunk, he would returned it again. He paid $5000 for the repair and they wanted to repair the trunk, and not replace it.

This customer is refering to the original shop who repaired his vehicle he bought it here becauce his insurance refered him to us to correct the issue.
