Laura said she would recommend the business for their service but had problems related to this visit. She leased the vehicle from the dealership connected to the business and assumed she had coverage for a rental vehicle during the repairs. She was even encouraged by the salesman to cancel her personal insurance upon leasing the vehicle because it would be covered under the lease agreement. She was not given a estimated time of delivery but was told that there were insurance company delays.
