Jim said he appreciated the customer service he received from the business's representative but his vehicle is not in good running shape. The steering locked up on him five days after the repairs were completed. He stated the vehicle was in a major accident but he is not happy that the business did not properly repair his vehicle.

unfortunely  the steering locked yes, vehicle was was test  driven a number of time which we do with all vehicles repair no symtoms of anything wrong  the ford service dept coded vehicle .
after five days yes the steering did lock down it is a electronic system. We address the situation right away and sent it to ford for the addtional repairs this is an un for seen situation vehicle was returned to owner after multiply road found to drive normally.
