David said he hasn't had the opportunity to really inspect the vehicle because of the weather. He said it is easier to wash the vehicle and look for imperfections in the spring. The vehicle looked really good. The experience was generally pretty good, but they could serve him better by being more proactive and calling him. He said he felt he should not have to call the business to find out when his vehicle would be available. His vehicle was ready two days late because of the holiday. He said he took a chance by bringing his vehicle in during the holidays, so he wasn't upset or disappointed about the delay. He purchased both of his vehicles at this business and he has worked with them before. He said he felt the business would stick with using Honda parts for his vehicle as much as possible.
