Spoke with Edward M. Edward said this is his vehicle and he dealt with this business on the repair. He said he rated his overall experience a 1 because it was terrible. He has had really good work done at this business, but there was a little disagreement on the final price. Edward had requested that they not do some work that was not okay'd by the insurance company, but the work was done anyway. He paid the $99 differance, but he was very aggravated they did the work. This business should have called and let him know, or just not done it, but they said the insurance company required it, and he didn't have any idea what happened in between. It was about 4 days later than promised because of the clear lacquer finish applied to the paint work, and they'd miscalculated the time involved. Edward is a contractor and he understood. Other than that, the work was fantastic. The quality of the work was excellent, his vehicle is beautiful, and it has a nice glow. The people are very good, and this is the 2nd time he's used them this year.

Upon drop off this customer spoke to our Assistant Manager, Robert Weitz. Mr. Weitz explained in detail about the betterment charge that was being charged to him by the insurance company (not the Collision Center) for previous damage on the bumper. Mr. Weitz circled the additional dollar amount he would be required to pay at the time of pick up and again explained to him that this was being charged by the insurance company for previous damage to the bumper. When the customer came in to pick up his vehicle the advisor who handled his claim was on vacation. He claimed to have no knowledge of this conversation when he picked up and spoke with another advisor. We are certain this conversation did take place.
