Dotty said Boch Collision Center was great and they went out of their way being really helpful. She bought her vehicle from the affiliated dealership, and as part of the deal they told her if anything ever happened they would tow the vehicle at no charge. Dotty has AAA, but they would have charged her. She lives in the North Shore and but her vehicle was in the South Shore and they towed it at no charge. This business took care of the insurance and everything and it all worked out really well. Dotty wouldn't have gone anywhere else because she bought from them and she stated she feels really comfortable with them. Being in an accident is tough, but they were very nice to her. Overall it was wonderful and she was extremely happy. Dotty said she's a customer for life.
