Spoke with Valentina. She said that the business didn't call her and inform her that the insurance wasn't going to cover something because the cost to repair the vehicle was going to be less than what the deductible was. She said the business should call right away to ask customers if they want items fixed if the insurance company denies payment. She explained that the vehicle was 8 days late because they couldn't get the work done on time and there were problems with the communication.
