Jonathan said the vehicle was 5 days late because they had to replace the hood latch and they had to wait for the part. The windshield still had scratches on it when the vehicle was returned to him.

Unfortunatley on this vehicle the part was on backorder and we had no choice but to wait for it to come in to finish the work. The scratches the owner is speaking of were denied as being part of the claim by the insurance company so we were unauthorized to repair those.
